Bunny Hill Brown:
A traditional English brown ale brewed with a lot of dark caramel and special b malt. Hinting at creme brulee’ with burnt sugar and caramel flavors. Fermented with a traditional english ale yeast that leaves behind some sweetness and dark dried fruit flavors. Hopped with traditional English hops that add some earthy and fruity flavors. Aged on vanilla beans and medium toasted sugar maple wood that has held Stewart’s straight shot rum (from Sheridan). This beer comes together as a boozy and slightly sweet, with hints of chocolate and dark fruits-it will remind you of the coziest of winter nights.
