Brewing Beer Bonds Us!
Our passion for beer is evident in the way our staff shares in every aspect of the business of running a brewery. Our servers desire to be involved in the brewing process and participate in making their own batches of beer with head brewers Mike Anderson and Justin Smith (who is also our General Manager). We spend hours educating our staff’s palates with on-site taste sensory trainings so that we may share craft beer’s depth of flavor with customers.
The brewing team works hard every day to keep up with demanding brewing schedules, hand-batching the grain into the kettle and disappearing into the tanks to scrub them diligently, so that our beer remains fresh and consistent with every batch.
Most of all – from management to brew house staff to our taproom servers – each one of us has the desire to carry our enthusiasm for brewing quality beer into the day-to-day interactions with our beer crafting, taproom operations and most important of all, with our customers who are enjoying Ten Sleep Brewing Co.’s beers throughout the state of Wyoming.
